WOMEN CIRCLE

When we confront with ourselves, we often become overly critical, and there is a constant need to find a solution. Just when we believe we are over it, life presents us with another challenge, and suddenly, we find ourselves back where we started. We even realize how exhaustive this cycle is.

So, are we fixated on finding solutions, or are we truly immersed in the unfolding journey of life? Can we grant ourselves the grace to fully experience the journey, offering compassion to ourselves as we navigate through its twists and turns?

The purpose of this circle is to enable us to embrace whatever we are encountering in our lives at this present moment, and to go through those experiences together.

As Ram Dass says “We are walking each other home.”

“This being human is a guest house. Every morning is a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor...Welcome and entertain them all. Treat each guest honorably. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.” Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî

COMPASSIONATE INQUIRY SESSION

Semin is a globally certified Compassionate Inquiry Praction.

Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.

Using Compassionate Inquiry, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.

Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them.

“The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them …

That’s what Compassionate Inquiry is.” ~ Dr. Gabor Maté
